I forgot to add that the Russian spy agency offers to help the CIA with intel on the bombers. They deliver information linking the bombers to leaders of the Chenyan movement. This results in the US seeking vengence. Russia allows the US to run assassinations of the Chechnyans making the US do their dirty work while also creating a new enemy for the US, who the Russians have secretly (and not so secretly) hated all along.

Whoa! I know the real story. Actually these two guys were sous chefs I hired for Guy's American Kitchen and Bar. They were supposed to be at work for Monday night's dinner service, but they requested to start on Tuesday because they wanted to stop in Boston to watch the Marathon. I said okay, but that they needed to bring me a couple good recipes in return. They said they had a couple killer one-pot dishes they were going to prepare at home and bring to me in their crockpots. I had no idea that they were actually driving the Honda to Terror Town.
