We find ourselves at an impasse.

Two things,
One, no one here blindly defends chas, and as far as I can tell, the sheep, as in the herd or the vast majority of the board pretty much says he's a fool or an idiot or calls him out on his shit.
Two, sometimes, though not frequently, you might agree with him. Agreeing with a guy doesn't make you an apologost, it means you and he might agree once. Its a bit more of a weakness to instantly disagree with someone and not bother to listen than it is to agree occasionaly with an unpopular poster.
