It kind of makes sense that the older brother was CIA. The Russians warned the U.S that had become radical. The reason the U.S dismissed that is because, obviously, that was his job. To get into the circle of terrorist groups and pretend to be with them to get intelligence.

I thought it was HUGE news. It's why I gave it it's own thread. Debka is probably more credible than FOX news. I actually researched them and they have broken stories. They do have reliable sources, but they also have an Agenda. What news outlet doesn't in this day and age?

Could it be wrong? Yeah. But CNN was wrong all week long on a lot of shit and America will still trust them on future stories.

I think it's very plausible for the reasons I mentioned above.

Channel 4 News in Britain has the father saying the FBI contacted his oldest son twice. Right after the bombings and right before the police chase.

FBI pushes back at accusations

As I said earlier, he would be CIA if he were doing covert missions in Russia. FBI is only domestic.

I think we might have a misunderstanding from the family. They keep saying FBI when they mean CIA. So the FBI's denials might be true. Also, the CIA might have never mentioned their partnership with the bomber. So it could have been the CIA calling him as the FBI investigated him to get their stories straight or to get him the hell out of the country so it isn't discovered that the CIA employed the Boston bomber.

CIA and FBI have had a long history of not cooperating or sharing information.

Could also be that he worked with the FBI to fight domestic terrorism and they are lying. I'm just trying to give another possibility.
