Rip by a fair margin. At least Stackhouse can still occasionally run up and down the court.

I never watch bulls postgame so I was shocked to see how skinny will perdue has gotten. The weight loss makes his ears look like satellite dishes strapped to the side of his head.

I don't think Stackhouse has put up a shot that's hit the rim this entire series....

I missed the first game of the series and had to work late and only caught the 2nd half of the 2nd game. I think the better question is what the hell happened to Gerald Wallace....he's terrible.

Didn't picture him as a total head case. He confirmed that he lost his "edge" after a bad foul call on a Butler block. Never got back into the game.

Nate Robinson had to be so jealous of Stackhouse in his prime. Stackhouse was second in the league in scoring one year at 29.8 ppg while shooting 40.2% Fucker chucked up 24.1 shots a game while shooting 40%, he just didn't care. For reference Melo led the league in shot attempts this year at 22.2 and shot 44.5%

I mightbe crazy for saying this, but he just hasn't been the same since he left Charlotte. Get him back with M-Jeff...

I had this idea, just a fantasy, really. Rose lists Rose as active pre-game but says he's not playing. Then, all of a sudden, the pre-game introduction order is different. There's a pause from the announcer after Joakim Noah, the music goes silent.

Then, "AT GUARD ... FROM CHICAGO ..." and the crowd goes berserk as Rose is introduced as a starter. It would be one of the most dramatic moments of the season. It would be incredible. It would put to rest this whole awful saga that has people questioning Rose's commitment and toughness.

SOmething like this might really be the only way to get the fans totally back on your side. Right now I'd say public support is at an all time low.

It's not as low as a politician might get, but in hindsight, the Bulls should've done two things in regards to Derrick Rose. First, the two sides should've held a press conference to update fans & media alike in regards to Rose's torn ACL recovery during the season. Second, the Bulls should've made Rose himself more accessible, even if it's not what fans wanted to hear.

This whole CIA-like stuff since Rose tore his ACL in the first place wasn't a smart idea and it makes me wonder if the Bulls might to use a baseball term, swing & miss again, come 2014 when a handful of unrestricted free agents will be available.

TP, the Bulls' image as a whole might cost them yet again. In my opinion, they've botched the whole Derrick Rose story.

I would think future free ajents would appreciate the organization respecting their privacy and not commenting on their medical condition.

Actually, I understand SHARK's point. sign here because of the way the Bulls publicly threw Rose under the bus in March. I don't agree with that, but that's what he's saying.

But they did leak his medical condition, which made everything 100x worse.

No they didn't.

Rose opened up about it to USA Today before the Melissa Isaacson column.

Even before Derrick Rose's arrival here, the Bulls have not exactly had a slam dunk impact free agent, even before John Paxson replaced Jerry Krause as General Manager in 2003 and Gar Forman replaced Paxson 3 years ago. They've cleared a lot of salary cap space, but have little to show for it.

Regardless how the Bulls do the rest of this series vs. the Nets and likely vs. the Heat in the Eastern Conference Semis should the Bulls advance, they have some big time decisions ahead of them. If it means Luol Deng is expendable as soon as this summer, so be it.

Yup. Not sure if he was sparing me his wrath or just dismissing me out of hand.

Either way, he's wrong.

No he's not.

Rose gave his interview to USA Today on February 12th. The Melissa Isaacson article about the Bulls saying Rose was cleared came out on March 9th.

RP, that's the public perception regarding the Bulls' inability to land free agents since MJ retired.

Long before "Waddle & Silvy" took over afternoon drive about a month ago at ESPN Radio 1000 AM, I still remember a conversation Turner Sports' NBA PBP Kevin Harlan told then hosts Lou Canellis & Bill Simonson right after the Bulls' NBA Title teams broke up following the 1998 Lockout. Back then, Harlan told the guys that the Bulls' shabby treatment of Jordan & then HC Phil Jackson didn't sit well with free agents and the Bulls ended up paying quite a price as a result.

Free agents, you see, stayed away from Chicago in droves after the perceived mistreatment of Jordan & Jackson on their way out & the two Jerrys, Reinsdorf & Krause, were accused of breaking up the 6 NBA title teams, fair or unfair. Even though Krause is long gone, that stigma is still there today, even with Paxson & Gar Forman calling the shots on a daily basis.
