The Rick camp is still alive, and I'm in it.

In September, 2005, the former pitcher was sentenced to three years in federal prison for his part in a scheme to defraud an Augusta mental health facility.

I thought this was going to be about Score producer, and former high school colleague of mine, Rick Camp. Yikes... scared me for a second.

I am relieved as well. I thought it was about famed actor/producer/Cub fan/horse racing aficionado R. Gordon Camp.

Those were the days, Dale Murphy, Bob Horner, Bruce "Eggs" Benedict, Glenn Hubbard, Raphael Belliard....

Right on, Hawger. Dale Murphy was one of my favorite non-Cubs players. When we 1st got TBS, I used to think it was so cool that we were able to watch the Braves. That and Gordon Solie.

TBS introduced me to Gordon Solie and NWA wrestling! Before TBS my wrestling was strictly AWA on Sunday mornings after The Cisco Kid. WWF was still a few years away. The Road Warriors and Ric Flair ruled. Baron Von Rasche and The Crusher. I was a Dale Murphy fan in my yute, because of the superstation. I have all his rookie cards and I think he should be in the HOF. TBS was a huge influence on me!

Speak it Dally, I loved all of the wrestling also. Loved me some Arn Anderson.

I liked Lonnie Smith when he wasn't trying to sniff the foul lines.

wasn't Rick Camp the pitcher that hit a home run in some marathon game at old Fulton County Stadium back in the mid 80's that they play in rotation occasionally in classic games.

yessir, it was a mets/braves game on july 4 1985 that went 19 innings. rick camp hit a game-tying HR in the bottom of the 18th to extend teh game to the 19th, where he gave up that booty.
