I am guessing Anne and Mike have not spoken since she has left?

I could be wrong, but I am just saying.

Ah, but is there acrimony? Did someone think the other person would protect them, endeavor to keep them on the show, even after the original format was scrapped? And if so, whyever would they think that?

Who really cares what happens to the talentless Annie? I'm just happy that she is gone.

Well, she has to be proven hireable, first.

Mike hired her for three years at a salary that was probably double what she was being paid at WGN. Whether Mike protected her or not, she should be happy that he gave her the opportunity.

Right on, I'm sure that salary bought plenty of formula for Dylan

Annie would have no room to complain. She basically stole money for the last few years. If anything, she should be thanking Mike.

Just making the point that NO love existed while she was there and it showed in the quality of work

She could have been the best of friends with Mike, and it wouldn't have given her any of the missing sports knowledge that she lacks.

when people cant stand each other on Radio or TV (See DJ/Hawk or Farmio/Singlio) it is very easy to pick it up.

It then translates into terrible listening because they have nothing to talk about.

Only works good on the Real World for 7 minutes, not for 4 hours every morning

Anne seems like a nice person, but I do know she started out liking Mike, but once she got a whiff of the good old boys club at the score, she quickly soured. Yes, Anne didnt fit the show, but who would turn down big bucks to be bad, if someone wants to pay me lower six figures to be horrbile at my job, I will do it for as long as they want me.

People forget, this was Mikes hand picked staff who is left? Rock, Jen and Fred, two kids who wont stand up for themselfs and a fat lazy pig who is just stealing his paycheck as much as Mike, I would bet Anne and Buch will be very happy being gone from Mike and his ego.

I forget if it was "ScoreGuy" or XScoreGuy, but one of those guys had some email banter with Anne . I wonder if he'll post it, now that she's no longer there.

Anne emailed me and a few other here, she was more open about North then I thought she be. Nothing earth shattering.

Didn't you say there was another threat of litigation against you a couple of weeks ago Van?

It wasnt a threat, it was a email from team North warning me that I should be VERY CAREFUL what I say about Mike North, because I wouldnt want mike to follow through this time. It came from northtonorth.com, so I dont know if it was Bebe or whoever. I did confirm that Feder did give my email to whoever sent it, but thats all I could squeeze out of him, he didnt say who he gave it to.

That sure reads like a threat to me Vann.
What did Anne have to say for herself?

Well....I am still getting 8 hours of sleep a night, so I think I am safe. lol.

I think if anyone emailed Anne and asked her thoughts, she would give a very honest answer.

I'm not making this up. I was sending stuff out today via freight, and the driver who came to pick it up heard me listening to AM1000. He got in on how he listens to the station... so I asked if he listened to The Score. He said, and I quote... "yeah, sometimes I listen to North when I want to get my fix of that Anne Maxfield."

He was not joking. I politely raise my jaw which had dropped to the ground, politely told him that she is no longer on the show, and wished him a good day (and was quite thankful that I was staying put and would not be sharing the road with him).

He messages me from time to time (usually during the football season) and appears to be doing fine.

Why do you get to ask this with no issues, but when I asked the same damn question about M_C all you asswipes went into attack mode?
