I didn't see World Class until I got some tapes in my late teens. Never really impressed. I was always a WWF guy as a kid. I had no idea who Kerry Von Erich was until the Texas Tornado thing.

If I had liked one of them, he would've been it. He had the best look of all of them by a mile. But he was a charasmatic black hole. That was also the time frame where I started liking heels (Freebirds, Chris Adams, Gino Hernandez, Gary Hart etc....)

That's a great call on Gino Hernandez, KS. He's one of my all-time favorites. Great worker, excellent mic skills. Kind of a Hispanic Ric Flair in some respects.

Kevin Von Erich had a great mini-feud with Jimmy Snuka on Georgia Championship Wrestling in the early 80s.
