Due to work obligations and other things, I haven't been able to listen to the time slot B&B as much as I used to (mercifully). These two, particularly Dan have done what would have once been the impossible and driven me away from The Score. Been a loyal Score guy since day 1, I've finally had enough of these guys and will not listen anymore. The few moments I have had to listen to these guys, it's the same thing day after day. Dan picking on callers who say "we" when referencing their team or making a huge ordeal if someone says something like, "I went to the game..." Danny cuts the caller off and starts yelling that it doesn't matter. I don't understand why he gets so fired up about this stupid shit, makes for an impossible listen.

I've been listening to the guys on ESPN more often, even though I cannot stand the ESPN brand and what they stand for. The hosts are vanilla and they don't say anything controversial/edgy but at least they treat their audience with respect and talk sports. They don't come across as miserable people who loathe their job so they will get my attention from now on, pretty much by default.

Maybe I'm off base but it seems like Bernstein has gotten into Mike North territory or worse in terms of his ego. I get that the Joe Pa thing was possibly the biggest scandal in the history of college sports but Jesus Christ, I didn't need to get this crap crammed down my throat for three months straight (probably could've chosen my words better). I don't want to turn on sports radio and hear some tool rail against Christianity. I don't want to turn on sports radio to listen to some dork preach about gay rights or other social issues for weeks on end. I could handle it once in a while but it's too much with Bernstein, almost like he's above talking sports.

I'm curious to see how the ratings shake out over the next year. These guys seem hell-bent on pissing everyone off who listens to their show. We'll see how this formula works out in the long run.

A person who enjoys sports for what it is and continues to listen to these two pricks must have some kind of serious self-loathing issues or something.

See this is where you lose me. You are more than welcome to not listen and to voice your opinions, but to take it to the extreme of painting anyone that still enjoys this show as self loathing is just stupid. You have your opinion and others have theirs. You don't want Bernsie painting with a broad brush about you so don't do it to those of us who still enjoy the show.
