Somehow there needs to be a scene where Dany's assistant is naked.

<camera slowly pans around a cluttered office and settles on a grim looking GRRM>

George RR Martin eats his second bucket of KFC while he stares at the blank screen in front of him. Sadness washes over him as the phone rings. He is so despondent he lets the phone go to his answering machine.

BEEP. Greetings and salutations, you have reached George. I'm currently exploring the wilds of Westeros but if your need is urgent leave me a message and I will try to reply back as soon as I am able.

"George? This is HBO and have we got a deal for you! Please call us back, these books are a gold mine. Granted we have only read through the first 3 but we know talent when we see it. I'm thinking an 8-9 year run. Have your people call ours."

A smile breaks out on his face and as he wipes the chunks of original recipe breading from his beard he begins feverishly typing. Perhaps it has finally happened, perhaps the validation of all his hard work has given him the kick start to begin completing his magnum opus.

<camera turns around to where the viewer can only see the computer screen>

We see an e-mail to his agent:

Guess what?

I'm rich bitch!!!! Fuck finishing these books, fucking pain in the ass!!

Here are my show notes... BOOBS!!!!, BOOBS!!!, occasional man ass, BOOBS!!!

I really enjoyed yesterday's episode. When it looked like Sansa would be getting significant screen time I thought the episode was doomed to suck. Luckily, Tyrion was around to save all her scenes.

The producers/writers should continue structuring episodes like yesterday's. Instead of scattershotting across 5-8 stories just focus on 3-4 stories in an episode.

I was surprised we got more Dany nudity which is cool. But, her assistant is where the no clothes thing kinda needs to happen.

I liked the episode. Tyrion of course steals the episode. He does such a perfect job.

Yes, my tiny junk cock and I have some work to do.

I'd also like to point out that the Davos scenes are pretty well done. I like the job that actor is doing with minimal screen time.

Any idea if they are going to do one wedding next week and one the following week or is everything getting packed into the final episode? I hope they break it up.

I can only confirm there is no episode next week. So definitely no wedding next week. This season is only half the book so they're probably saving Joffrey's wedding for next season.

No episode next week?? What the fuck!

I thought they would end this season with both weddings. We'll see...

I think having both would be too much of a mindfuck for non-book viewers.

Yeah, the Liberace movie, which HBO has been promoting to death, is premiering on Sunday night.

So its a strictly Loras Tyrell episode next week.

This Liberace movie looks creepier than anything that might go on in the Dreadfort's dungeons with Ramsey. I think they are saving the Joffrey wedding for early or middle next season. That way they can flesh out the trial for a couple episodes. I'd expect next year's episode 9 to be the duel between the Mountain and the Viper or maybe the confrontation Tyrion has with his father.

Dammit. Oh well, she is a good actor and probably wants to cut those scenes out so she won't be known as the "Tits and Ass Queen from that HBO Show."

Also, this season has been pretty fuckin' good. It's getting the point that the show writers are doing a better job a story telling than Martin.

Shame they didn't let Grey Wind have a last go like they did in the books.

I know, I was just waiting for it happen....when the door slammed shut and Rains of Castamere started up, it was time.

Very hard to watch but very, very well done.

Wow, I had no idea that was coming. That was crazy. Next week should be great and then we won't
see it again for another 9 months.

That was..wow.

Was that pretty accurate according to the books? I feel like, I don't know, I'm less enthused about this show going forward. I don't know why.

It'll still be a good show. And the books are still decent. The drop off in quality is there...but it is still better than a lot out there.

And Dan...that was an important thing to happen. Its meaning is simply to show that there are "big players" and "small players" in this war between the kingdoms. Robb Stark...for all of his good qualities...was a kid in a man's game. He had no idea what he was doing...and could not control his people (or manipulate others) because of it.

So you are saying he couldn't play the Game Of Thrones?

It must run in the family...

Thats not really fair, Robb kept his head about him during the chaos while Ned lost his.

Didn't Robb get his head cut off and they sewed the head of the dead direwolf on his body and threw it into a river?
