THEY STILL RUN THOSE??? I've been waiting for those for YEARS!

He's mad! (he's mad!)
He's bad! (he's bad!)
Max Madsen! (oooohh-woooo)

Hello this is the doctor. OH HELLO MAX MADSEN.

Oh Max Madsen, you may be mad and bad, BUT YOU'RE NOT CRAAAAZEEEEEE

Imagine my joy when I discovered the Score in 2006 and how they ran the same spots B96 was running in 1995 (that and Heavenly Bodies).

Yeah, it was great. Really took me back. Better than those ungodly Rosen Hyundai commercials, at least.

I've been hearing the Mad Max Madsen commercials more recently as well. I guess he finally was released from the mental institution.

I also cant believe that they are still running the Indian doctor voice.

I didn't initially make the connection that it was an Indian doctor. I just thought it was a silly voice for a silly spot :/ :(

That commercial has been around for 30 years. And I thought the old Heavenly Bodies commercial was stale. This thing is petrified!

It's a Florida toursim commercial.

And it is very annoying.

If I had the opportunity, I assure you I would push the people responsible for that ad into a lava flow.

I still can't believe no one has murdered that guy yet. What the fuck? Chicago's like the murder capital of the US, and somehow this guy, despite being the most irritating human on the planet by a wide margin, avoids murder. It doesn't add up.

Who the fuck, by the way, would hear one of those commercials and actually consider buying a car from him? The insane thing is, apparently those commercials must be working, somehow.

Back in the day, did anyone "always save more money" with longtime suburban car dealers Nick Celozzi & Maury Ettleson, complete with the two holding up the Benjamins at the end of their commercials?

I'm irritated that Weil is still trying to hold onto the "Weil Olds in Libertyville..." jingle just by jamming Cadillac in instead of Olds.

It doesn't work. Get a new damn jingle.

And Libertyville isn't the "country" anymore either.

Agreed. If I'm not mistaken, GM discontinued the Oldsmobile car line a couple years ago...

The Mark Grote/Yelly Haircut Guy commercial sends my hand for the dial even before it registers in my brain, like pulling away from a hot oven door.

You are mistaken. As a matter of fact, the new Oldsmobiles were out early this year.

A preemptive "Fuck You" to any ad that uses "Dads and Grads." I hate hearing that about as much as I hate "Hoodie-Footie", Shari's Berries", or "Kristen Wiig."

I don't think that is true. I would imagine that Pontiac would be next in line to come back in limited release but even that isn't likely.

I'm sure people are just distracted from all the hatred they have to currently direct at Pugi.

I thought the guy was supposed to be a shrink? They could have used a J ew voice. Missed opportunity that.

Maybe it was like a Viennese accent, being the vector of psychoanalysis and all. I don't remember; I haven't heard the spot in years. I just have the jingle committed to memory forever.

Ugh, good call. I don't usually listen to 1000, and that commercial isn't on the score, but even a couple of seconds of a Pugi commercial sends me into a rage that makes me dangerous to myself and co-workers for several days. There's a guy I'd like to run over with a steamroller.

Country Financial doing a parody of "Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac. No, Matt Spiegel isn't singing Stevie Nicks's part.
