It was always horrid. The entire central theme of the song is based around a trite cliche. And the rest of the lyrics are nearly as vapid as 'god bless America.' From the mountains, to the prairies, to the oceans white with foam? Ugh. Garbage.

Heard the show today, really bad. Porky and Finfer are a rough listen. Heard Porky say he wouldn't let his job define his life. Well considering he really doesn't have his heart into the radio thing, that's probably good. Heard Finfer say he was upset with what Chet said about Berns, Porky, and the professor. I haven't seen what he said, but I'm sure it was right on.
