This isn't poster related...it's more about how you "view" and view the board.

for example:

1. Whenever I get a pm, I experience a moment of anxiety hoping it's not from donspiracy telling me that Scorehead, UMN, or RFDC bumped my pick.
2. Whenever a thread I posted in on page 1-3 suddenly jumps to page 12 in a matter of hours, I tend to avoid it.
3. Whenever I visit the "what are you listening to now?" thread, I'm always surprised by the albums that get revisited. Like Boyd posted 311 Transistor recently....the perfect 311 album imo. or Ivan with N.E.R.D.'s Seeing Sounds...stuff like that.
4. Complain About and Brag About I visit the most. They are must find threads.

Whenever I see a thread title in all caps, I'm 99% certain who created it without looking. And then I skip said thread.

2. Political threads suck. Never read them.
3. Green Bay Packers thread is easily best thread on the board. Always get excited to read when its at the top of active topics.

Agree with Doug on the PM anxiety. I always think it's my pick getting bumped. If so, I then mumble "(insert board moniker here), you fucker"

Love the Beer threads. Lots of good info by the posters in there.

Also really enjoy the NFL Draft action on the board.

The Racelogs are glorious. KS and Don know and love their Nascar.

I've never used the View active topics. For whatever reason, I've always been a "View New Posts" guy.

I don't like to bother or zing peeps when they have their "specialty" threads.

For instance, I may give Ugie crap for a post in any other section, but if he posts something about golf, I'll leave it be. Or Kiss Rules and Zizou with their soccer threads, or any of the MMA threads.

I think most people honor those rules. I do the same with those as well as the NASCAR, hockey, college sports, and wagering threads. I let the experts do their thing.

For me it's 30 mins from my last "action" that I have to log-in again.

I used to click the Mark Forums Read link every Monday because I thought it would be easier to keep up with new stuff in sections during the week.
I always follow the same approach to reading sections. I open the following sections in new tabs: Shoutouts, Douchebags, B&B, Cubs, Blackhawks, Sell and promote then finally General Discussion.
I expect PMs are coming from Q.Bovifs or Keeping Score.
Every once in a while I search just to see if it has been fixed.

I read the first line of Sini posts and move on. Just dont have the extra hour in the day.

But, gotta admit, I find the guy fascinating. He is just missing his calling. Not sure what that calling is, but the guy has a place somewhere. Maybe it is just here.

I have always posted in tight little paragraphs not using the entire margin. Not sure exactly
why that is but just how I roll. I really enjoy the TV, Movies and Music section the most but
follow sports as closely as most here. I just don' t comment on the sports as much.

I try not to single out any specific nationalities or sports in a negative fashion. I go out of my way to show up to anything the board members may have planned. I do my best to not look like dead basketball players...
