I did.

I didn't think personal jerks would be nice.

I'm a wonderful person.

That would be a tough gathering to assemble. West burbs, Winnipeg, Peoria, and you live in NW Ind.

I seem to be centrally located. We shall do it at Two Brother's.

I would be the lone non-hophead in the bunch. Cannot drink the IPA's and related beers. I'm a porter and stout guy.

I don't understand all this beer jargon. IPA, stout, porter, hophead, etc.....

If I'm a Miller Genuine Draft guy, what kind of specialty type beer would be most like that, but perhaps a touch stronger?

What?

Seriously, they have them down here and I know they do up there, but go to a beer tasting sometime. Good times and you get to sample all of the types of beer that you are talking about.

I don't get it either, KS. I don't particularly care for MGD, but I'm not drinking craft stuff either.

MGD is a lager. If you looked around, you could find a stronger lager. I'm sure someone at Binny's could help you out.

I would like a beer that isn't too hoppy, but tastes like candy and comes in 32oz bottles with a alcohol content of exactly 6.2391%.

You can see yourself out. Add Palatine to the clusterfuck list of locations for our beer gathering.

Try this

It doesn't fit your requirements, but it's what got me into craft beers.

Give this a try, KS. I've had it. It's good. The organic, vegan part of it has no bearing on the taste. And actually, this would be a good brewery to try if you're interested in anything non-MGD.
