Frank, I don't think a day-night, two ballpark DH between the White Sox & Cubs is doable either, but I know the Yankees & Mets did so in 2003. That was unprecedented.

You know, I was thinking the other day... Soriano is actually a good LF now. I'm not sure if that is a good thought.

It seems hard to believe, former Nationals' manager Frank Robinson had to basically threaten Alfonso Soriano to play the outfield. He didn't want to play out there.

Danks couldn't even get past 4 innings... great decision to give him that contract.

They also miss Gordon Beckham. Say what you will about his bat on the whole, but Beckham has done very well in his short career vs. the Chicago National League Ballclub.

this series misses having some good players in general.

That too, but AJ was always in the middle of something. Most of it good for the men in black. Even if it wasn't, he added a level of entertainment on par with a poor mans WWE spectrum of things.

I'm all for it. There are guys the White Sox should send packing in exchange for prospects. Other than catcher Josh Phegley, who might be the most ready to play right now on this awful roster, there's very little the Sox can actually deal.

Thanks to going for it year after year, the Sox don't have prospects in their system to trade for a rent-a-veteran. It's clearly showing now.
