These guys have a very similar inferiority complex. Larry is much more of a prick though. Spiegs can be a prick, but is actually a good guy 84.6% of the time, while Larry is around the 57% area.

Both will kick that number up into the high 90%'s if they think you might be useful to them at some point. They will both use the WSCR laugh to make you feel like you are a funny guy.

Both have a sense of entitlement as if they went through this hazing period , now giving them the right to make sure others are beneath them. Being that Larry has his own show, he makes this much more evident.

I can say that I have spoken to 2 people "under" both of them and those under Spiegs, who while might have taken shots did say he was a good guy basically and his heart is in the right place, which I kind of already knew, he just has some bad moments.

Larry on the other hand is pretty much disliked by his staff and others. Not hated, but just disliked as you may dislike a boss, but go for a drink with him every once in a while because you know he can help you get a better job one day.

Larry is just uncool, yet thinks he is really cool, which is about the worst combo you can have.

Spiegal literally steals material from others every time Tributsaurus plays a show, and he profits from it.
