Anyone who works downtown ever eaten off of the space ship tamale? I've seen this around, frightened of the potential for traumatic ass syndrome though.

The thing about food trucks is that without the expense of bricks and mortar locations, the food should be inexpensive. Instead, items universally seem to cost more than what you see in downtown shops without a better product and with less confidence in the cleanliness of the preparartion.
