Well, I guess it depends on what you're after. The NFL is a made-for-TV sport. I've never been to an NFL game, but I've seen plenty of college football live and watching on television is no substitute for being there, even if it is much easier to analyze the line play from your couch with multiple replay angles.[/quote]
Going to a college football game is more than the game. It is an event. I say this as a person who goes to at least one NAIA game each year. Watching it on TV really does the experience no justice. The game itself is also MUCH better in the stadium, at least for the big time games. There is nothing like the energy when sitting in a place like ND or Michigan.
I love going to NFL games but unlike college, the experience kind of gets wasted on me. It is hard to be a responsible adult and party on a Sunday.
