It was fine. Not eloquent though. Is that how Terry always wrote? Real casual conversational style?

It seemed like a column just that about anyone could have sent in. I would expect something more polished from a professional writer. It was, however, refreshing to hear what he had to say without a million asides and him getting lost in his own thoughts.

Yes it is saccharine, but that is a nice, old style piece. Too bad so few columnists can write from the heart anymore.

-Bret Lyons drove him back to the residence home because the bus wasn't going to show up and he didn't know which one to take if it did.
-He wasn't supposed to leave.
-The residence home didn't even know he was gone.
-Played more audio of Bob calling the producers and then roundly mocking him.


That's some fine work, fellas!

The home, they didn't know that he left and thus had no clue where he was. Apparently he didn't even know how to get back to the home or which bus to take so Brett Lyons took him back.

They pulled a doddering old man out of a nursing home to come to a remote to be mocked in person! They even gave him a cheeseburger!

It's funny! Like when BernSTINE compares black athletes to livestock!

It would have been super hilarious if Bob got on the wrong bus and never made it back to the nursing home! Or maybe he wasn't able to take his prescribed medication!
