Put on FMLA. Was given paperwork for doctor to fill out so she can be reassigned to a job meeting her limitations while she is out. Doctors office said it will take 3-5 business days to fill out the one page sheet :?

Drive to your Dr's office 30 minutes before they close.

Hand them the sheet, tell them it's needed today and don't leave until you have it.
