Question for those who listened yesterday: was Dan as galled by the gutting of the Voting Rights Act as he was thrilled by the nullification of DOMA?

His wife isn't in the poll business. If black people can't vote in Alabama, why don't they just vote somewhere else?

What would be the Really.Smart.Radio guy equivalent to Mike North reading the MLB standings everyday towards the end?

Abbatacola is out of his depth. Mitch should ban him from prime-time radio.

Ooh, that's good. And timely! Dan just lauded Bob Kraft for "not giving a damn what the Players Association thinks." Who cares about collectively bargained contracts? A rich white guy needs to cover his ass! Harumph!

BernSTINE takes that tact with everything concerning business, labor and class. But hey, if you don't like the DOMA ruling you're a caveman.

At least he's consistent.

I'm flipping between 1000, 720, and this. Matt needs to learn how to speak into the microphone.

I think Matt's great. We just heard him get Bernsie to agree that casual fans watch NASCAR for the fisticuffs and crashes, and hockey for the fighting.

Yeah, he's... he's not good. Leery set a pretty low bar to clear, and he ran nuts-first into it.

The Dan Bernstein legal clinic is open for business.

The only point of this discussion is for him to demonstrate his authoritative knowledge of the obvious.

Drinky struggles to make speech. Can't really make coherent thoughts. He just kind of pukes out fragmented sentences with slurred speech and a slight stutter.

That's bad for a broadcaster. It's the equivalent of a baseball player with no arms.
