No way, dude, Bill Cosby is dead, I saw him die. I know it's tough, but he will always be there in our hearts and old vinyl records.

If CNN is saying he's still on life support than he's likely been dead for a week already.

I met Nelson Mandela at The Empty Bottle in 2006. I was involved in a No Wave side project with members of Ladysmith Black Mambazo and he happened to be in town doing Oprah. He drank Red Stripe and made fun of white Ska bands. Weird. Unsettling.

Guy I work with is South African, has nothing but hate for both Mandelas. Holds them responsible for multiple murders of white land owners for the sake of furthering the black cause. even claims Winnie is responsible for coming up with the practice of burning the head of the family to death with a tire around his arms. I have no knowledge on either side of the argument, but he is quite persuasive, and very passionate about the topic.

Was Winnie ever married to Craig Hodges?

she never really liked paul, and by the time kevin got married, she was still single. how could kevin rub it into her face like that? she was probably so heart broken that the only option for her was craig.

Everyone in South Africa is racist no matter what race they are from the 10 minutes total I've spent researching South Africa.

To pull a Dan Bernstein, if I lived in South Africa, I would be moving. It sounds like a bad horror movie there.

He might be, but the white rural farmer/landowners in S. Africa were brutalized/murdered post-apartheid and continue to be brutalized/murdered to this day. Genocide Watch has been on this for a while.

Not sure about the Mandela's involvement, but it is and has been happening. The govt. and various parties want them off the land.
