he's very insecure about faith. instead of recognizing and being self-aware of this, he takes it out on religion. i have my problems with religion but i would never mock someone's faith. if you are a genuine believer, then you shouldn't be mocked for your convictions. i'm not sure if that's who he attacks but because he derides with such a broad brush, it seems like he attacks anyone who has faith in a higher being.

He always was an asshat going back to his days as a reporter. I can remember going somewhere with my old man and Beerstain came on the air with a Bears report and thinking he sounded like a dick. I still listened to his show because I found it funny (and because Boers was on it). Him being an asshat is part of his bit as a host. I object to the indignant moral crusades, incessant belaboring of already much discussed topics and the extrapolation of mass popular opinions based upon a few idiotic texts and tweets.

I wish this was true. I have never heard him attack anyone but those who put faith in Jesus. I realize Christians in their various forms have earned some mocking. There are plenty of others in the same boat. However he won't risk being socially outcast by attacking Judaism or having the very real possibility of being met in the parking lot after the show for parodying islam
