This is doing some awesome stuff for many people. I've been into it for a couple weeks. I haven't been following the plan exactly, as I was afraid my former athlete self might not be able to handle beginner. Starting Monday, we begin the CSFMB DDP Yoga Challenge. You don't have to start Monday. Anyone is welcome going forward. Jackref and I will show you the way. However, if you join, you must be committed. If it can work for Jake Roberts, it can work for you as well.

Awesome! The highlight of the last week was trying to accomplish something I did about twelve years ago. One of my roommates convinced me to go to yoga class with her. A young Drop In considered it pretty burrito, but it was all girls. Not burrito. I managed to do a one arm handstand up against the wall. Cut to 2013.

Roughly 3:05 in. All kidding aside, watch this video. Amazing.

I would suggest going to the website and ordering it. It's not that expensive, and well worth it if we all stick to it.

I don't have the actual workouts yet but...

I hit the gym today. Rocked out 50 pull ups over multiple sets, Shoulders, bi's and core.

Clocked in at 194.

I've got some cardio to do later and I think there is a 5 minute demo of the program on the net where I can piece something together.

Let's go.

I'm willing to, umm, chip in if someone can hook up a brother if you know what I mean..

good call on the pull ups UMN. it's making me think of checking out one of those perfect pull up type gimmicks. cheap and doesn't take up much room.

Day one of my new DDP yoga regime starts today.

From the preview videos I have learned the DDP pushup, the broken airplane and some lunge thing with various arm positions including a diamond cutter!!!

Did anybody do anything today?

I hit another workout at the gym. Chest, tri's and back. I incorporated the DDP pushup. I did them with my hands on a bosu ball to up the difficulty. I did 2 sets of 10 and they were hard as fuck. Took it to the streets for 45 minutes as well the nite before.

Clocked in at 192.

I need to do some of the yoga moves to loosen the body up after a few games of softball tonight.

I've done just about every beginner workout they have in this set. If you aren't already doing this, you need to. It's amazing. I'm going by the book starting tomorrow. I'm sticking with beginner, but I'll probably add at least one random workout on an off day.

Anyone else keeping up with it? Tomorrow is Diamond Dozen if you're not working from the guide.
