It's every bit of 2 hours from Portage. There are hotels about 25 minutes east-southeast (Mundelein/Vernon Hills) or in McHenry 10 min west.

Yeah, I always let people spend the night. You can bring a tent if you want or try to claim a room before they're gone. They might already be gone... i think coztansa reserved the sock room last november.
There's always the molestation recliner, the couches and the bar room too. Or you can put an inflatable mattress in the bed of my truck.

There ARE motels around, there's the Bates Motel there on 59 and 12. I wouldn't stay there. Looks like a good place to get murdered by some hopped up meth junkie.

I think Chris in Joliet was the first person to be molested in the recliner. That might be how it got it's name. I'm not so sure these days.
