I never listen to Les. Even if I'm up that late I'll have ESPN 1000 or the TV on as I try to fall to sleep. Les is just too dumb and weird for my taste. But B&B play enough clips of "Adam vs. Les" for everybody to realize it.

Oh my God, there is genuine venom, disgust and hate in that kid's voice when he fights with Les. I'm just as amused by it as B&B.

Don't get me wrong, the kid is often right when fighting with that idiot. Still, he should just calm down. He's way too young to be that angry over nonsense.

Adam desperately wants out of that shift. Several of his comebacks to Les are straight out of Bernstein's bible. I think Adam would love to serve under Bernstein based on how he shoots down Les's meatball thoughts.

Bernstein grooms these Score producers even when they aren't associated with him. Pretty amazing.

True. Just seems like this Adam literally dreads spending hours with Les every day. More so than you would think for a kid just starting out in radio. He's too young to be bitter and disgruntled. But that's just the impression I get from the B&B sound clips.

Actually, this Adam sounds like a young drinky!!!! Drinky has been producing long enough to where his bitterness is at least understandable.

Yeah Adam's disgust really does come though the speakers. But to be fair to Les, Adam seems like the most socially awkward person ever. I don't know if he could really get along with anyone. But yeah, Les does say some really stupid shit. It's like listening to 2, 95 year old people who have been married for 75 years. Really awkward and uncomfortable radio.

I actually agree with that. Sure, Les is stupid. But calm down that tone and attitude, kid. Les lets this kid speak on his show and is pretty calm with him when he behaves like a punk. A lot of radio vets wouldn't take that from a punk ass kid producer.

Adam isn't gonna make it big in radio no matter what he does. But being an ass hat bitch makes it that much harder. Ask drinky.

Show some respect for your superiors. They have some power and influence that can hurt you. You might not even see it coming as they won't let you know they think you're a bitch. One day, they just eliminate you. Ask Goff.

I think there's blame to be shared on both sides. Les is an old curmudgeon, get off my lawn type of guy. That has to be hard to tolerate. Conversely, Adam is a young kid coming up in the business. I don't think there is anything wrong with someone paying their dues. He needs to suck it up, and tolerate Les. He won't be in this position forever.

What I really think needs to be done is for Mitch to split these two up. It's obvious they don't like each other, and it makes for some real bad radio. But I think Mitch sucks badly at his job, and allows this shit to continue. The inmates run the asylum at the Score.

I'm not sure about that. I don't think it shows insecurity on Chus's part to tear apart chas on this message board. Sometimes you just get sick of hearing bullshit from people you know are dumber than you. I'm guessing that's how Adam feels daily. I agree with A7X about having to pay your dues, but I don't know if that means staying quiet when the host is continuing to embarrass himself.

There is something to be said for self control. These Score producers always feel that being an ass hat bitch is the way to make it at the Score. (Bernstein's influence on them). Most of these kids are dumb and don't realize it. They're not gonna be Bernstein. They don't have the skill or intelligence.

The kid can make his points to Les without being a jack ass with an attitude. You say your peace in a calm manner and leave it alone. You're not gonna move Les of any position it would appear. You never move anybody over 50 off any position. The audience knows he's dumb without you calling him out, by the way. Adam needs to realize that. It's not like he's the only one that sees the light.

Les loses every argument that he has with Adam. Les has become unlistenable. I would much rather hear Matty or Joe O do overnights. At least Scott Ferrall is back on the air until 1:00 am.

Like I said, I'm amused when B&B play these drops. Obviously, more people know who the hell Adam is because B&B play them. But c'mon, him losing his temper over stupid arguments doesn't help him get anywhere. I don't think Adam is gonna be some big media star even if he is less of an ass hat.

Les Grobstein is really just unbearable radio, he knows little about sports and even less about radio. Adam Harris doesn't have much of a future in radio. His voice is grating and he is not good at articulating himself. He also has an unlikeable air about himself reminiscent of Benstein, except that Bernstein is actually a genuinely talented speaker who can be creative and can make entertaining radio.

Wake me up when that's not the case.
