I want to agree with you on Step Brothers but the majority of the parts worth watching can be found on YouTube. That is to say I so wanted to see Step Brothers based on all the clips I saw, got it on Netflix and then realized I had already seen the best parts.

They weren't really underrated when they came out but get little love or tv time nowadays. Anything with the team of Chris Farley and David Spade i.e. Tommyboy.

The movie kinda got screwed over because the climax included a nuclear bomb on an airplane and it was supposed to come out in the fall of 2001 (oops) it was delayed and got buried.

Not sure how Step Brothers makes any underrated list - classic movie.

It may be too recent to be underrated but Coffee Town (aka Brown Town) is very funny but nobody I know has even heard of it.
