So Strop shit his pants last night I see. Didn't get to catch the game. Seems like hillbilly russell did the same. Lay off the PBR bro.

Arietta going tonight. He has gotten through the 1st which is cool I guess.

Arietta has a nice easy motion, but he gets a lot on it. Looks like a guy who might well retain a spot in the rotation for the remainder of the season. Control isn't the best, but he's got good stuff. Sure hope he learns to command his pitches better sooner rather than later.

Cubs fans have to be happy with what they saw tonight. From what I gather this kid has the stuff but he just hasn't put it all together. If he does he could be an effective major league starting pitcher. If he doesn't he is going to walk guys and get hit. A lot of times he would focus on getting the K but that was not the case tonight.

Bullshit....Gregg did a good enough job. The umpire called strike 3 to the guy who filled the bases on a walk a ball and then Castro screwed up on the liner, trying to make the play look spectacular by diving for a ball he need not dive for. Castro blew it.

Christ, I actually agree with this.

Also agreed. Gregg got squeezed and Castro should have caught the line drive.

That's baseball.
