I personally dont think Frank used, but when you look at the top HR hitters while he was playing, its very hard for Frank to not be included in that group.

I know he was always offered to take a blood test. I actually thought he should have just gone and taken a blood test and gave everyone the results.

Not that matters in his skill set or how his stats will be remembered, but he was and still is, quite a prick, and a dumb one and that. He has failed business after failed business, bad deal after bad deal, so at some point you have to look at the one common element in the bad deals, is him.

Like I said much earlier in the thread, I expect his level of performance to drop off further as the effect of all the additional innings pitched in 2012 over 2011 takes a greater toll. This latest start is just one of the many of it's kind I expect to see.
