There are some great tattoos out there, but sadly I'd generously say 75% of the ones I see are poorly done as well as 75% of them being an incredibly dumb idea (but it means a lot to me! Who cares). Add that up and odds are that if you have a tattoo it's bad.

I was watching "Counting Cars" and Danny also owns a Tattoo Parlor. A guy was getting a giant Ace Freehly's face on his leg. I thought it looked cool as far as the artwork,but I would never want it on my body.

My tattoo has my kid's name with ivy and a rose, since Rose is her middle name. I'm planning on adding a pair of Irish dance shoes at some point.

IMO, tattoos are a bad idea by definition. The only sensible tattoos I'm aware of were on the guy in Memento. If you've lost your short term memory, and are attempting to hunt down the man who killed your wife, I'll give you a pass.

Tattoos are definitely something where you get what you pay for, and most people just don't make the investment for something permanent.

Do scars count? Tattoos seem like they should be able to be made easier to remove. Iverson or some ex-NBAer with crazy tats all over is trying to have all his ink deleted.
