For fans of Larry David and "Curb", this will satiate your appetite if you've been jonesing for it. The cast is excellent and he's brought in a lot of former "Seinfeld" writers to put together a pretty good script albeit somewhat all-too-formulaic.

There's a plot point that involves John Hamm's character that changes your whole viewpoint on him and his life and it seems almost too thrown in there...but it's pretty forgiveable overall because the movie is full of big laughs.

The supporting characters of J.B. Smoove, Danny McBride, and especially Michael Keaton (finally doing something fun again) are really appealing and help drive the humor of the movie as well.

There's also a funny running joke about the band of Chicago, even though the humor is somewhat familiar.

It's good for a laugh and it doesn't have a completely happy ending to tie it all together. It's definitely got plenty of David trademarks. If you're sick of him or tired of his act, you probably won't find this very amusing. Otherwise, check it out.

:D :D :D out of :D :D :D :D

Watching it right now. Just got to the part where Jon Hamm shows up for the first time to play poker. Enjoying it so far.

I'll definitely check this out via On Demand.

Watched this yesterday. Enjoyed it. Funniest scene was the kissing scene between Kate Hudson and Larry. Felt a lot like Curb, which is a good thing. Michael Keaton needs to play characters like this one more often.

Caught this last night. Essentially a long episode of Curb with all new characters and plot line.
There were some pretty funny bits in it and the cameos were excellent. Story was weak overall
but I wasn't expecting too much. It was a fun watch and great to see Michael Keaton in a good
role as a weirdo. Always liked his work and he seemed to fall off the face of the earth.

Sequel called "Delete Cookies"?

Any one ever see Sour Grapes? I think it was Davids first movie but he just directed. I have the movie, but I forgot if Larry was in it.

I don't think Larry David was in Sour Grapes. I remember it being bad, and the dude from Wings was in it. That's all I can remember.
