I'm going to have to stop doing these threads because the majority of these responses are ridiculous and are threadbombing the discussion. I'm not a telemarketer. I've tried to be a considerate poster and take an interest in the thoughts and opinions or others, but I can say without a doubt that this is the worst board I've ever posted on and more and more the people on here make Dan Bernstein look like a genuinely likeable person, which is very hard to do.

Also,in regards to this thread,has anyone owned regular DVD's that actually looked better or as good as a Bluray?

One of the Star Wars newer movies were not made using film i think.(Some other technology) It looks amazing on the screen.
Also,I have some regular DVD's of a tv show where the pic is great (on my LED set)

Jesus either is the Son of God or he isn't. Christianity is the only religion where its God takes the form of a man and gives his life for his followers to atone for their sin. Islam should be considered a false religion on the simple merit that it's wrong to put people who disagree with your religion to death and their treatment of women as an inferior species should also raise a red flag. Mohammed is a false prophet. He has no prophecies that have come true. It's a very backwards religion that its followers would kill people over a cartoon.

In contrast Christianity offers forgiveness for mankind in exchange for belief and acceptance in the sacrifice of the Son of God for the sins of humanity. It doesn't say you have to be born a Christian to receive God's forgiveness. The fact that the Jews still exist should be an indication that Christianity is true. If you read the Old Testament it's clear that Jesus fulfills all the prophecies given about the Messiah. The probability of anyone else being the Messiah is zero. No one else has been born of a virgin.

The problem with the Jews is that they have a Messiah, but they reject him so salvation has come to the Gentiles. It's unfortunate, but there are Jews who are Christians and who understand how Jesus is the Passover Lamb whose blood was shed for the sins of humanity. It's unfortunate, but God still offers a free gift of salvation to them and everyone else.

We've discussed the homosexual lifestyle many times. I would just say that homosexuality is against the teachings of Christianity, Islam and Judaism and morality doesn't change because the cultures change. Our society is basically heading off the cliff for a number of reasons and acceptance and endorsement of homosexuality is one of many reasons for the coming demise of America.
