After her stint in rehab, Lindsay Lohan is back in action — and looks pretty great! During the last few weeks, the actress has been keeping busy and hanging out with friends including The Wanted's Max George and Shaq. But in Hollywood, it's important to look just as great as you feel and the starlet seems to be doing exactly that. On Tuesday, she Instagrammed (@lindsaylohan) this selfie showing off her sweet Karl Lagerfeld iPhone case and looking stunning with light, long, curly locks and minimal makeup. She completed the pic with a caption saying, "#back@work! So grateful today! " Let's hope Lilo remains on the straight and narrow because everybody loves a Comeback Kid and we want to see more photos just like this one.

I think she had some sort of laser surgery to get rid of her freckles.. She had a face full of freckles at a younger age!

They make this... stuff... that like, sort of goes on top of women's skin and basically covers up stuff. Adds some color, etc. It sort of like makes up a new look, covering up whatever is under it.

I kinda liked the freckles. She had a fresh-faced all-American girl look. Now, she looks like 10 miles of hard road. All the abuse she put her body through shows. Too bad....
