You've done your best to keep this piece of garbage relevant, SomeGuy. It's not your fault.

You should ask him when princess vajayjay is going to allow him to post again.

I asked him yesterday.

He said he still reads all the time but he's too lazy to post.

I don't buy it. Before candyman left to become Bob Dylan last week it is more than likely that he brought down the thunder on him for posting....especially considering Mac was gone and we all know how big boy likes to power trip on those he views lesser than him.

What's he talking about? All you do is login and then use the View New Posts segment to see the current activity, unless the search function is temporarily nonfunctional in which case click on Board Index to view a list of the individual forums to see which has recent activity. Best to Mark All Forums as read at that point to highlight recent activity until search functionality returns all the while making sure to have some activity within a 30 minute timeframe so as not to be automatically logged out (unless you are on a cell phone that has temporarily lost Wifi/4G in which case you will be logged out anyway), find a topic you'd like to respond to and hit Post Reply. Lazy bastard.

Yeah, when you think about it it's pretty much par for the course considering it's the Mac and Meat show.

Almost everyone I've asked has agreed that this was a long week. No particular reason. It was just slow. But it was great having Mac back. Obviously it's a much different show when he's on it.

Technically, the moon is slowly spiraling away from the Earth resulting in the days getting about 2 milliseconds longer every 100 years or so, so, in all likelihood, this was the longest week in the history of recorded time.

You're extremely perceptive.

Well, it could be reversed and the Moon would eventually crash into the Earth.

That would be a shorter week but your satellite TV is probably going to go out so it will seem longer.

I think Ben needs to elaborate on the Mac stuff.

The buttered bread thing is such a crutch. How can he give such strong crtiques about Spiegs but just suck Mac until it's limp and sore.

Is Mac too thin skinned that Finji is scared to offer up an honest critique of him from time to time?

Why can't that be his honest feelings about Mac, he has worked with him for a pretty long time Beardown.

It's loyalty KS. Dan McNeil rescued Finfer from 1000, where he was in a go-nowhere position. I just think (totally speaking for him, BTW) that Finfer is very appreciative of the opportunity that McNeil provided for him.

He already said that he's a massive suck up to Mac. Check out the Ask Finfer thread. He doesn't want to rock the boat.

How would he be rocking the boat after they've been together 10-15 years. He should've built up something with Mac by now other than a massive hard on.

Even Mac's biggest defenders here offer up a glimmer of criticism at least once a year.

Well except you and Finji.

Do you frequently and publicly criticize and berate your boss, KS?

So it's cool to just take shots at the other host?

It's Spiegel, who cares?

Maybe Spiegel is just that unlikable. I have no idea. Only met Spiegel once (briefly) and he was nice to me, so what do I know? But I don't have to work with him...

Mac is on the back nine. He has said this many times. No reason to take shots at your guy for doing exactly what he said he was going to do. The princess though.....he is not on the back nine, the front nine...or really even on the course. He was a 4 bill caddy that sued the country club for not having 4 bill accessible bathrooms and won. Now they can't get rid of him.

Mac isn't a douchebag though. He would have to go out of his way and say or do something really stupid to get critiqued. The princess is a douchebag therefore everything he does and says is fair game.

Of course Mac is a douchebag. How many times has he been fired? How many times has he been suspended? How many holes did he punch in the old Score studios walls?

Was he not douchey when he joked about Tom Mees drowning death, all the while working at ESPN himself at the time?

boys being boys. nothing wrong with mac at all

I originally read this as worst movie ever and immediately had images of Spiegel's Choice.

Well he's also good buddies with Elmhurst Steve. Maybe we should be nicer to Steve since Mac is such a great judge of everything.
