Unbelievable. If this is illegal, then they can't play football. He hit him with the shoulder in the chest.

While I completely agree, I think the NFL is attempting to outlaw lowering your helmet at point of contract this season. Supposedly, they will fine RB's for doing the same thing.

In other words, the players need to keep their heads up when they make contact.

Why would you challenge anything in preseason? I can't believe the league even allows it for exhibitions. Useless...

Because you want your team to have down the entire challenge process. Specifically if your head coach hasn't ever been a head coach in the league.

If I was a ref, and a coach threw a flag in a game that doesn't count, I would go under the hood for 3 seconds, keep the call the same, and then kick the coach in the groin.

after they called timeout i was waiting for the classic lovie smith move of challenging after taking a timeout so you can burn 2 timeouts in a row

you challenge because the bears offense needs all the practice time it can get... so a TO would have given the offense the ball

The pussificationb Of The NFL continues. If the league isn't careful, they might Ruin a good thing. This fine is a fucking joke.
