Dumbass De Aza. It's absolutely infuriating that fuckhead is still playing centerfield.

That is just stupid right there. I understand getting mad and throwing something or whatever, but slamming your hand into stuff is just stupid. That is the stuff that ridiculous injuries come from.

I was going to start a thread about all the ex-Sox players that come back to kill them while the players on the Sox never kill their old teams.

I don't think Rios ever hit a HR against Toronto while he was a member of the Sox but he hits one against the Sox in his 2nd fucking game as a Ranger. Unbeleivable.

Now this shitfuck team decides to go on a winning streak and lose precious draft spots.

Eh. Rodon is far and away the best player in the draft and Houston has that pick wrapped up. I didn't see anyone who is a must have today so the Sox should just keep on winning. They're going to get a good player if they draft #2 or #10.

Jerkasses.

Is Reinsdorf going to allow Hahn to draft REAL TALENT? Not football players like strikeout king Jared Mitchell. REAL talent. Guys repped by none other than Scott Boras!!!!

The Sox have drafted like idiots for 2 decades. This idea that they are getting a GOOD PLAYER remains to be seen.

I understand A.J. getting an ovation his first time up on Friday. He was a key guy on the only World Series winner anyone in Chicago has ever seen. Great. I'll stand up and clap. Don't boo the guy like the douchebags in Cleveland booed Thome. But that first time is where it ends. I'm not cheering for a guy who is trying to beat my team's brains in. Frank was the greatest White Sox player ever. I certainly gave him a hand when he came back wearing that ugly green uniform. One fucking time. One fucking time. He hit a home run for Oakland his next time up. I ain't cheering that.

It's hard not to cheer for AJ though. He was responsible for a lot of great White Sox memories. What's the diff this season? If it's next year and the Sox are battling for a playoff spot, that's different.

I thank him for his service and his effort. Give him an ovation and let him tip his cap that first time up. But I'm a Sox fan, not an A.J. Pierzynski fan. Let the Rangers fans cheer him now.

It may be the first time fans got to give AJ an ovation.

I can forgive it one time a game this weekend.

Pasta, come on now. I know you are the king of bad baseball thoughts but "hard not to cheer for him"?

I suggest that it is actually hard to cheer for him. Bad clubhouse guy wherever he went, and one of the worst defensive catchers in the game his whole career. The year after he left all of his teams almost universally in the locker room they were glad to see him go. Classic "addition by subtraction" guy. Are you sure that the only reason you like him isn't that he punched Michael Barrett in the grill?

Those teams also universally got worse in the locker room. AJ is an old school player living in a new school MLB. He looks like the bad guy only because he doesn't accept what management has to accept out of players today.

The biggest complaint I heard about him after he left the Sox was that he had a hard on for the team letting Beckham's girlfriend on the team flight. The horror!

I have no problem with fans cheering for AJ as he came to the plate.

I would not applaud him for getting a hit.

Jordan Danks is playing himself into a backup OF role with this team next year. Good for him. I thought he was a better option this year than Wise.

Its actually been a pretty fun team to watch for the most part this month. This Astros series has largely been a snoozefest, but there have been some pretty good games as of late. At least we see there is some potential for next season with some of these guys (Danks as a 4th OF, Garcia, Petricka, Reinzo, Phegley, etc)

I think over 162 games, Danks would prove better than DeAza. Or at least I'd like to find out.
