Coverage of the Bears last preseason game will be included in the broadcast. Who played themselves on/off the team? Also, Mac will probably mention his Fantasy Football draft he held last night. BigFan is a part of that league, along with Jurko. Cubs/Sox talk may well be mentioned briefly, but it's Football that will dominate the day.

Steve, would you give Spiegel a ticket or warning for his Tweet Reading while driving?

Was going to ask this question in another thread, but I'll let Steve get the credit here as he is The Brand.

What's the most embarrassing thing you've gotten pulled over for and what was the outcome?

Me: Pulled over by a Chicago Cop on 31st. She thought I was talking on my cell phone. I was in fact taking a bite from a White Castle Double Cheeseburger. Thought for sure I might be getting a ticket or warning for distracted driving.

I showed her my meatlike substance on the seat next to me as proof and she let me go on my merry way.

Pulled over on Hlasted

Cops asks if I know the speed limit?

I said NO

Cop takes a look around and says "Neither do I...go ahead"

I am guessing I was driving 40 and it was a 30/35 MPH speed Limit, but who really knows

Well, if you're gonna get pulled, it'll probably be over on Halsted.

No doubt BigFan was on Halsted to celebrate the return of live music to his favorite club:

Quote:
One love has blessed the Wild Hare music club.

Cook County Chancery Court Judge Leroy K. Martin Jr. ruled in favor of the popular North Side reggae-rock room Tuesday in its complaint for Administrative Review against the City of Chicago and ordered Business Affairs and Consumer Protection Commissioner Rosemary Krimbel to issue a PPA (Public Place of Amusement) license.

This allows live music at the Wild Hare, 2610 N. Halsted.

Judge Martin said Krimbel’s decision to deny the live music license was unlawful.

Efforts to obtain a PPA had been denied three times by the city as neighbors petiitioned against live music.

I was chilling in the right lane of a 4 lane highway in South Carolina going the speed limit. Cop car is off to the side of the road checking speeds and whatnot. Some guy in the left lane sees the cop and cuts over in front of me.....and the fucking cop pulls me over for following to close. The fucking guy just came into my lane asshole.

Yes. Texting/tweeting while driving is 3 times more likely to cause an accident than driving while moderately impaired from alcohol. They did a study at North Carolina where they had students operate a vehicle (simulated) after becoming legally intoxicated and do the same while also texting and the texting caused 3 times more accidents. A University of Utah study, showed texting motorists are 6 times more likely to have an accident. there is just no doubt, that a texting/tweeting driver is a danger to himself/herself and other drivers.

As for the most embarrassing question you asked, I pulled a guy over one time that was driving while getting a blow job from his girlfriend. They were both embarrassed (the girl most of all) and sufficiently humiliated, so I didn't give him a ticket. But I did explain how that kind of thing could lead to an accident and they would be better off refraining from that activity while in a moving vehicle.

I saw a couple photos of your group that Mac posted on Facebook. Looks like it was a fun time. Can you offer a recap on the draft? Who seemed to draft best/worst? Was it Golf boy (holding the trophy in the picture) who won your league last year?
