Spoiler explaining an aspect of next week's episode title.

To'hajiilee is the name of the place in the desert where Walt buried the money.

Did he tell Jesse where he buried the money or about the lotto ticket? I don't remember that happening.

By the way what was that you were saying about a man purported to engage in reckless deadly activities for his family safety when really it was for his own ego?

A man who is so far into a mistaken path that he would do anything to anyone, including sending someone to die, to see it through to the end so that he doesn't lose?

Yep. Hank and Marie and Skylar have all lost their way. They've gotten so immersed in this that they have lost perspective.

I wish we'd have seen the scene with Gomey where Hank fills him in on what's going on. I think that's a bit of a cheat. How did that work and why would Gomez not have Hank bring this to the DEA? They are obviously working outside the DEA at this point still given the lack of coverage at the meet-up. So, why would Gomez go along with this? I don't quite get that.

I like the description that I heard recently describing Walt as the cancer to the body of the family. It had been contained to Walt but now it has spread to everyone. Of Walt, Skylar, Marie, and Hank, Walt was the only one this episode that wasn't actively seeking or indifferent to the killing of another person.

Not the best episode of they year at all but you have to take a breath sometime and get the pieces in place. I did like the Jesse scene at the table when he talks about how much smarter Walt is than Hank or the DEA. Jesse still obviously hates Hank and has no respect for him.

I heard on the BB Insider podcast that the complete confession from Jesse will be on the DVD and also the complete one from Walt in last week's episode. So, I guess there was more there. I figured we saw the whole thing.

Gomez must be the way Walt finds out that Jesse is with Hank.

My buddy and I made the same comment about Gomez suddenly being in on it. It had to have been a scene that they cut for time reasons...but it seems like it would be very important. Hank was very nervous about the DEA finding out about this before Hank had it under control with proof and such. And suddenly...Gomez is there.

Needs an explanation.

Especially since last we saw the Walt confession had basically had Hank shutting it down. So, after all that, it seems that the Walt confession had no impact on Hank's decisions?

Seems like a big decision for Hank to make since he can't be sure that Gomez doesn't go directly to the DEA and tell everyone what is going on. Felt like a pretty big shortcut that also lessened the impact of the "confession". As you say, could be a DVD extra but it felt like we needed to see that.

Also regarding Gomez and find a little bit hard to believe three of the set up a whole wire tap like that by themselves let anyone else in the DEA knowing or aiding them.

Maybe that's why Gomez was brought in but still. You can just disappear with an undercover van into a wiretap and nobody cares were either of them are all day?

Ever seen The Wire? Apparently all street level cops know how to handle complicated Wire taps and video surveillance.

In the midst of Binge watching it now. Mid season 3.

But even those guys couldn't set anything up in secret. I mean wrt keeping it from literally everyone else in there unit/dept

Did RJ Mitte just slip up on 'Talking Bad' and tip-off that his character gets killed?

Ok, so nobody saw this?

I saw it but thought he was trying to make a lame joke about his character dying. 2 reasons why I didn't think anything of it: his CP (or does he have MS? Not being insensitive, I just don't know) impacts the way he talks, coupled with someone who's not funny trying to be funny, and voilah, bad attempt at humor.

But, what the hell do I know?

That was my take also. They are on a delay and they bleeped out something that Betsy said later in the show so if he really dropped a spoiler, I think they would have bleeped it. And that fact may give you more information and be a spoiler in itself if you think about it.

Which is why I've tried not to think about it.

No the Betsy one was probably profanity. I figured that as well. She was likely drunk from a swanky Sunday wedding.

I also considered that the censor would not bleep what he said because he didn't know whether that is a spoiler or not since he is likely focused on certain words that cannot be said and the reactions of both the host and Betsy to what he said seemed telling.

But, I'm trying not to think about it.

I just watched it again. It was him trying to make a joke.

It was the first thing that he said when he was introduced so it looks like a prepared joke that he kind of quit on and didn't deliver.

Issue solved.

I blame myself for the RJ joke. I should've never suggested it to him.

Ok, I just re-watched it as well.

Host: RJ, um, first of all, RJ, uh, congratulations on the show, and, uh, you've done a phenomenal job (inaudible).

RJ: Yeah, uhm, after this it's saying I'm dead later on. . . n-no-no more Walt, Jr. . .

Host:
WHAT? You can't say that!

Upon this re-watching, the host does sound kind of fake-shocked, and RJ just changes the subject.

Maybe it was the way Best Brandt was just eyeballing the fuck out of RJ, seemingly eye-coaching him to not slip-up that made it a tough call.

It does seem in the flash forwards that Walt is kind of in shock in his mannerisms. It seems like either Junior or wifey bites the dust and he's about to go all Heisenberg on every one.

I now think everybody is going to die.

Walt
Skyler
Walt Jr
Hank
Marie
Jesse
Saul
Huell

Only Gomez and baby Holly make it. And Holly is adopted by Drew Sharp's parents who are unaware who the parents were.

The End.

What do you guys think happens with the money? I think it stays buried in the desert.

Saul is getting a spin off (or at the very least its been seriously discussed) so I think Saul, Huell, and Bill Burr will live

Maybe they find the money and thats the pilot

Also you guys are crazy watching things like talking bad and listening to the podcast if you don't want any
spoilersy gotta go in fresh

also who cares what happens to walt Jr... if he dies in this episode and it was leaked that's fine if he doesn't so that's also fine he is by far the most inconsequential character

Saul spinoff could easily be a prequel.

I don't do spoilery podcasts and Talking Bad is as safe as it gets.
