Sorry Dan, I hope I'm not stepping on your bit....just wanted to knock it out while I had time and before tonight's game.

Games we get in Bold and Blue, Refs in Red. Will update refs later as they come in.

Fox has the doubleheader, but Chicago area is blacked out because of Minny @ Detroit. So it's Bears and RedZone for most of us during the noon games.

That is surprising. Powell & Ivory will split carries in NY.

Steelers up 4-0.

How do you give up a safety on the opening kickoff?

Took one of the safeties off the board. Back to 2-0.

Lot of safeties on the scoreboards across the league. Probably some sort of record.

Terrelle Pryor doesn't look that bad. Can't throw downfield worth shit, but he sure can run.

Damn the Steelers are bad. AP with the long early run, and not much after, but 3 tds. I'm ready for this Niners game, ready to see them put in some work.

Look, guys, heh heh, I know I made a mistake last year, heh, but if you look at what this Chiefs team is doing against another team that is also in the NFL, then, heh heh, well, guys, I gotta say, heh heh, it looks like they're putting it all together, just a year late, heh heh.

Pryor's throwing skills have actually improved in the off-season, but still a long way to go. McFadden once again not doing much on the ground and I'm tired of hearing about what a special talent Marcel Reese if they can't find a way to get him more involved.

Lots of people like the Colts this season. Almost lose to the Raiders at home in week one. Not a great start to that bandwagon.

Jets and Bucs in a wild finish. Bucs LB with a really stupid play to let the Jets kick winning FG.

I agree that was a dumb play by Tampa's linebacker but for fucks sake he was still borderline in the field of play.

After seeing the replay that was a terrible call.

He was going out of bounds but wasn't there yet.

I agree with both of you and I hate that calls like that are made.

But in today's NFL when the QB is near the sideline like that you have to refrain. If it is even close they will call it.

Just to clarify, this actually has to do with not being able to run against a home game in the local market if you have the doubleheader.

Thanks for that explanation, CH. Asked that question before and never got an answer that made sense.

Love the avatar.

lolololol

Maybe the best Hub moment of all time was when he predicted the 2009 Dolphins would make the playoffs, and then they went 7-9, and then the 2010 Dolphins started 2-0, and Hub said "heh heh, well, I guess I just picked 'em a year early, guys!" and then the 2010 Dolphins finished 7-9 too.

Legit laughing out loud at the bad luck of poor old Hub. The Dolphins seem doomed to finish 7-9 forever.
