thank you. its funny, growing up i always hated people who's "shit doesn't stink" but now that im partially mature i realize your shit really isnt supposed to stink if youre eating right. i mean, its not something you would want to shove back down your throat, but it shouldnt make you hurry up the bathroom visit either. ironically though, proper bowel movements mean you wont stay in the bathroom that long to begin with, unless you have children.

you cant eat some good food and expect it to cancel out the shit you ate. plus if you havent changed your diet in months or years, it takes months to adapt to healthy food

60% of your diet should be vegtables. at least half of them raw (salads). the rest is 25% chicken/fish and the last bit is for fruit and dairy (unless you dont want the dairy, then eat more veggies.)

thats my diet and thats what everyone should do because i think so.
