You need a QB. RB just has to be serviceable. He is "a guy" and not "the guy". There is no sense in finishing last with a running back that hasn't even rushed for 1000 yards in a season yet.
The colts were in a great position to add a guy like this to enhance their offense. The Browns were just treading water and wasting his career. Both teams win provided the Browns obtain a legit qb like teddy ballgame with their pick.
I think you need both. The Colts didn't have one and now I believe their offense will really take off. The now have young studs at all the skilled offensive positions. I value proven players over mid to late 1st round picks. Too much value has been placed on draft picks.
