These are not the marks of an investor.

If all you use is a local...fine.
If you are offshore and the only out you have is Bovada you are not investor.
If you are going to be offshore and have only one out there are much better options than Bovada.

You have seriously never seen the line at +3 -120/-3 +100, or +3 -135/-3 +115 ? How is that possible?

They obviously got a lot of action on Atlanta, and they didn't want to move it to 2.5. At 2.5, the book gets hit with ATL in teasers across the board.

3 is not just a key number, but the most important number. Instead of moving a number to 2.5 or 3.5, they adjust the juice.
