I guess I've never really heard Theo talk before. He's a much poorer public speaker than I would have thought. He sounds nervous, awkward, and slightly Tebowesque.

If he gets launched as GM of the Cubs he could make a seamless transition into a position as update guy on WSCR.

It's a legit concern that Urlacher's leadership in running the defense on the field is impacting other parts of the defense.

Not saying it's a fact. But, it could be an issue. That is a different discussion than his physical ability.
