Not a dream per se, but Roland waking up in the desert trying to catch Marten is close enough.

Walt wakes up and it was all a dream.

He then sets out to do the exact same thing in real life.

The End.

That's actually not bad. The show ends with Walt telling Jesse that he has a business proposition for him.

If the end result of this isn't Walt Jr. opening up his own breakfast restaurant, this whole journey has been a waste.

It's a cop-out by a lazy writer who is afraid of writing an ending.

Villigan isn't that.

I hope.

I don't think it will be a dream. But, I'll bet there is horrible, awful carnage for all the characters and the ending scene will be a flashback to something we never saw that shows some simple thing/decision that could have avoided all of this. The End.

But is there enough time in just one episode for all of the shows characters to get whacked? I just cant imagine how they can tie it all together given where the show ended last night. I thought half of last nights show was wasted filler.

Not sure if this was already posted here, but the entire cast of BB is on Conan tonight at 10:00.

The Nazis scoop up the White family for fear of ratting out Lydia. Then, all major characters would be in the same place as Walt shows up.

There isn't much needed to get everybody in one place at this point now that they've laid the groundwork for the Nazi crew to threaten Skylar and the family. The Nazis kill Skylar, Walt kills the Nazis, Jesse kills Walt, Jesse shoots himself, flashback to Jesse qualifying for some advanced Chem class in high school but chooses to take the easier class with a teacher named Mr. White. The End.

Fuck that.

A dude with his knowledge and experience would not be teaching remedial chem.

Also, didn't they move Skyler to a safe house at some time after the ski mask thing? That happened in the original (i.e. "grafitti") house that later went to auction.

I think she moved. I don't think it was a safe-house.

That's the whole fucking point of the show, Q. He shouldn't have been there at all.

Fine. He should have been remedial but shockingly tested into the Advanced class. But, that takes the decision out of it and doesn't reinforce Jesse's untapped potential the way choosing to take the remedial class would. So, what I wrote originally is more tragic. So, you fuck that.

the one thing about this show that keeps bothering me is the passage of time that has occurred. There's no way all this stuff happened in less than a year. That makes no sense and seems completely implausible. They should've gone with at least a 2 year duration.

Or it ends with a flashback to Walt meeting Skyler and that being the impetus to his buyout (he was fine giving up thd lab assistant and hes blamed skylar for missing out on gray matter all these years)

Or Walt has been in a coma since the car accident with hank and the hallucination starts there

Hank, Mike, Gus are all alive

On the Breaking Bad Insider podcast, somebody, a director I think, said that Vince explained the backstory on why Walt left Grey Matter and then described it. He said he didn't think it was a spoiler but now I wonder if it comes into play next week.

Either way, it doesn't ruin my anticipation for next week in any way as I don't see how it would matter.

In any event, I don't have a point apparently. Glad to share.

So do you guys think Lydia knows Todd is hot to trot for her? I sense the sexual tension. She'd have leverage on the price there with Todd now.

Yes. I think she's been playing that up for a while.

This was alright. There were a few good behind the scenes stories and the actors really seemed to enjoy
hamming it up for the fans. They didn't give anything about the show away of course. At the end of the
show they had the mexican band play that song about Heisenberg which was pretty well done. Also the
actors all through packets of blue meth to the crowd at the end which was a nice touch and mingled with
the audience.

Anybody catch this article? Dying kid contributes plot twist, yet sticks to a Hank-Like code and doesn't want to know the end til he sees it for himself:

I don't think anything happens with Gray Matter in the final episode. I took it as just another scene to reenforce how ruined Walt's legacy is.

Loved Saul's exit, from the show I'm assuming. It's over.

I have no idea what will happen in the final episode. Some of your ideas are good, some are terrible. Pretty certain it won't be a dream ending. No way they do that. I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy the ending.

Interview at the Grammy's the other night and Cranston and Gilligan both said the audience will feel "Fulfillment" and "Satisfaction"

Also, it's an "unapologetic ending"

Walt is gonna do something heinous (like slaughter his family) and the show ends with a "The Shining" Nicholson type look on Walt's face

This whole last half season has been about the repercussions hitting home of Walt deciding to break bad. I can't envision a scenario in which Walt survives the last 75 minutes and its still a satisfactory ending.

they showed the last scene already it was him saying hi to his neighbor

and how do these shows stay credible when all of these guys talk on cell phones constantly? they say names and everything, with the feds hot on their trail, and nobody ever gets caught for talking.
