Oh,Yeah I can't believe they are looking at that Hinch guy. F THAT! I mentioned the perfect guy,Jim Tracy. He knows how to run a team. He has tasted failure and success. He is also a failed Cubs prospect.

Ill admit, it has crossed my mind that the reason they want Girardi is they think it will buy them some more time.

Hope I'm wrong on that

Your opinions can be different then mine or BRick when it comes to the Cubs but let's face it,it hurts like Hell to lose like this no matter how you feel.
Yup. We all just want to see the Cubs win the cup.

Well, I just threw up. Here is a list of the #1 Cubs Prospects since 1992 according to Baseball America. Just eyeballing through the top 10's, a case could be made for Sean Marshall being the best Cubs prospect in the past 15 years.

2013- Baez
12- Brett Jackson
11- Chris Archer
10- Starlin Castro
09- Josh Vitters
08- Josh Vitters
07- Felix Pie
06- Felix Pie
05- Brian Dopirak
04- Angel Guzman
03- Hee Seop Choi
02- Mark Prior
01- Corey Patterson
00- Corey Patterson
99- Corey Paterson
96- Brooks Kieschnick
95- Brooks Kieschnick
94- Brooks Kieschnick
93- Jessie Hollins
92- Lance Dickson

What was the name of that second baseman from GT who played for team USA and was going to be an all everything for the Cubs? I thought he was an early 90s top prospect.
