It's irrelevant. It means as much as noting what day he did it, as though there's something markedly informative about that.

It couldnt be more relevant

What if he said "check out the do, give me some feedback, and repost it"

Would it be in bad taste then? No, of course not. And why? Because how he presented it matters.

It's intellectually dishonest and ridiculous to pretend it doesn't matter.

You dress it up how you see fit. Again, you're choosing/excusing one's behavior based on what someone else did. That's the bottom line, and that is actually the dishonest part of it.

WHAT IS THE BEHAVIOR THAT YOU ARE SO INSULTED BY? That someone commented on a photo of Dan's wife (that she is aware was made public)? You're up on Mount Pious, staring down at all the scum and bottom dwellers, because they chose to comment on a photo that asked for commentary? I've not seen anything over the line or too far, and for you to constantly go back to "uh fine, idiot, keep on excusing this because of what her husband does/how HE acts" is just nonsense. Dan could be the Henry Winkler of Chicago sports radio - and the same rules apply---he tweeted out a picture of his wife, and her new haircut. Asked "what do you think?" People here saw it, and posted a picture. You've now gotten your panties in a wad because of what it "represents"?

I know you'll not address my questions, so save your snarky "whatever, I'm not going to shape my opinion based on what you want me to think" reply ... you're clearly superior when it comes to "big words and terms" and critical thinking and morality plays. Congratulations, now go write a useless book about it with Ed Sherman.

I think it's more insulting that you've wished Ed Sherman upon him.

Harry - if you can't figure out what I'm saying, that's frankly your problem. I'm not hear to spoon-feed simple concepts to people too busy pretending to be offended rather than actually read what I wrote.

Also, don't "quote" things I didn't say; you have no right to do so.

This is the end of our discourse on the matter.

No, Im not. That would be true if I were comparing the two and saying, "Well ___ made fun of pics, so we can"

That is not at all what Im doing.

Im saying the man virtually asked for comments, and that makes the picture more than fair game.

Im not saying it's a good or smart idea to rip someone's wife or physical appearance in general, but we cant pretend this is some picture that accidentally got out or was meant for a different audience.

He willingly shard it with all his Twitter followers. That is a factor.

Same thing when someone posted Laurence's Id pics. Its quite ridiculous to blame the recipients of something that was shared 100% willingly and on their own without being prodded.

Anyway, that's my opinion. I dont really care as much as Ive posted about it

That's a little different though, since it was a picture of Laurence himself and not a family member. If someone had posted a picture of Laurence and his GF ( ) then the same objections would apply.

I pretty much consider married people to be one entity in situations like this.

Especially since she was tagged in the picture and was clearly fine with it being shared with 35,140 people

Awww, geee thanks Mr. Tiny, I appreciate you teaching me a hard lesson with tough love! I will go through tonight/this weekend and study the depth of your post. Mama used to spoon feed me simple concepts, so I guess you could say that I'm just used to that sort of treatment. You're right, though, I'm a grown ass man and should be able to gather/digest these simple, yet complex, concepts all on my vewwwwy own!

And please don't take your ball and go home, I've found that this is a much more effective (and high brow) way of reacting in such a circumstance:
Image

I don't recall many of your 13,000 posts here, but sweet Jesus are you acting like a douche here ... I know you've slapped a cease and desist on our discourse, but I'd argue that it never existed. You're the typical Internet tough guy who chooses a side, sticks with it, then dismissively condescends when others question you. Wonder how that translates to real life for you? At minimum, I assume your eyeballs REALLY hurt from all that rolling by the end of the day.

Well, ok bro, if that's how you want to react...no problem. Seems like plugging your ears would be easier, but if that's your "discourse. over." move, good for you.

Not a lot of room up there on Mount Pious, CoF, just be careful. His giant ego has been known to knock others off the mountain, just a heads up.

I just love internet pseudo intellectuals. They make reading forums so entertaining. Keep up the good work, DT.

I don't think he's a mult, if that's what you meant ... and this is an anomaly (our disagreement), certainly not something to make a sweeping judgement about him on ... he's okay as far as I know.

The thing is, your depiction of Tiny isn't really accurate. There are certainly other other poster(s) to whom your venom would be more appropriately directed.

I'm not arguing that Tiny isn't a peenus. He's just a different kind.
