Dan just said fighting will end now that "an all-time great player who is the general manager of a heritage team" is against it. He means Steve Yzerman, but Yzerman doesn't run the Red Wings. He runs the decidedly non-heritage Tampa Bay Lightning.

Besides, I think the bigger story is that Scotty Bowman is against fighting. He's the most successful non-player in the history of the league, and he's speaking as a guy whose teams once featured Joe Kocur and Bob Probert.

It's interesting to listen to the show via TUNEIN, as they will show the album art of the last song detected.....EVERY time it is some rap/hip-hop artist. Over compensate much, all white crew? (and no, the usual suspects, I'm not saying that white guys can't enjoy rap and/or hip-hop....what I'm saying is that 100% of the music played on the show is this, and it's interesting that the show is nothing but middle aged white guys and one white senior.) What I'm really saying is that they should pepper in a Wonderwall once in awhile.

I agree that you almost have to go with dance/hip-hop type music for beds....but, personally, I can't stand music beds. Reminds me too much of those awful gossip shows where they have techno music underneath.
