Cleveland Browns director of player personnel Jon Sandusky was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in North Dakota, according to the Forum of Fargo-Moorhead. The son of convicted former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky was believed to be on a scouting trip at North Dakota State.

Given his profession, it's pretty clear what's meant by "scouting trip" .... given his last name, it's pretty funny to consider an alternative "scouting trip".
