i think it was because i was stoned. i didnt jump back though. i knew it might happen because the ground was wrapped around the feeder and i didnt want to go outside and pull the bubble to kill the power. when i went to snake a ground wire out of the rats nest, kaboom. well, it was more like 20 kabooms, because it wedged itself in there. i just stood there waiting for it to stop. black shit all over my face.

so next time youre about to do panel work, dont text and drive.

yeah, call it a hunch that you've maybe figured out that getting metaphysically high with powertools isn't an ideal combination, but hey at least you're alive. next time make sure you're halfway through a 40 with a shot or two so that way any physical injury accrued is worthwhile in the wake of getting the job done!

thats a good idea. i remember reading stories as a kid where drunk drivers that got in accidents didnt usually die because their blood was thinner so their heart didnt have to work as hard or something.
