Doubt that, Sini
Just gonna blow me off. Sniff, I can take it...
In any event, my sources are the BBC web site. Official information. Along with quotes from "Jamie" and "Victoria" who were companions from that era... They still are missing Web of Fear episode 3, but they already worked on filling the missing bits with animated segments.
In my world, the more we see of Troughton's work, the more his stock will arise. It seems a disproportionate amount of the silly/bad episodes were among the surviving episodes from his era. Plus nearly everyone borrows from his interpretation, so from a thinker of deep thoughts perspective (tm), I'd like to see more of the man's work. (Rather than dismissing him because the 'Krotons' and 'Dominators' suck rocks)
So yeah, all nine episodes found in a television relay station in Ethiopia.
Let's keep something in mind. The "Intelligence", a key figure in this past years' episodes, was the villain in Web of Fear. If you somehow believe this is strange coincidence, shame! shame on you!!!
GallifreyBase takes all the fun out of being a fan. I like deep thoughts. I like the notion of this "1st Doctor" special, where he convinces Verity Lambert to do a show on a time traveler in a blue box... Well, no one else but the Sylvester McCoy Doctor is that meticulous a planner. In fact, when we get to the "who ARE you" final reveal, he's the real doctor, and the others are all decoys.
Why? Because only Tom Baker's character approaches Sylvester's. But Tom's was full of whimsy, too.
