Not really anybody available who gets me excited, I just wish they would hurry up and hire someone. Like the article says, it's not like they are going to be under any kind of pressure to win in 2014. Hopefully by 2015 Theo & Co. will finally realize that the goal of being a major league team is to actually win and they'll start caring about what happens in Chicago instead of only watching the minor league system.

And yes, I do understand that the minors are important and needed to be built up but these guys have completely let things at the big league level go to crap and they don't seem to even care. What's more, they've got many Cubs fans buffaloed into not caring either. Who knows, maybe their plan will work but it sure seems like they are getting paid a whole lot of money for absolutely no production at this point.

Exactly. Plus, I think they are waiting for the Sox bench coach to finish the WS. No reason not to wait on him to at least get an interview.
